As soon as you have placed an order through chicfancydress.co.uk, you should receive an automated email receipt acknowledging your order and a separate receipt for your payment. If you do not receive this then either your order has not gone through, you mistyped your email address when you registered or the email has gone into your spam folder.

Our website is updated regularly to ensure stock availability is kept as up to date as possible. However, occasionally an item will go out of stock. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will either telephone or email you as soon as possible to allow you either to cancel the order, choose an alternative or receive a store credit.

Delivery Charges

All items with FREE delivery will be delivered FREE to UK customers by Royal Mail First Class post. We don't offer special delivery options to our customers as standard. However, if there is a special occasion and you need an item fast, we will do our best to accommodate this. The additional cost is usually an additional £4.95 if the item is in stock with our suppliers and we can arrange this for you. However, we cannot guarantee that this option will be available.

Standard Despatch

We try our very best to ensure you get your Goods without delay, and we endeavour to send orders out within 2-3 working days. However, our delivery promise is that Goods will be despatched to reach UK mainland customers* within 7-10 working days from receipt of order, subject to availability. We mainly use Royal Mail First Class, but occasionally we will use alternative couriers. You will be advised if any of your ordered items are temporarily unavailable, which will prevent them being delivered within 28 working days.
We reserve the right to cancel any order. No contract for sale exists until we despatch the goods to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
